The lat­est issue of Tech­nol­ogy Review, issued today, names Hash­Cache one of this year’s top ten rev­o­lu­tion­ary emerg­ing tech­nolo­gies.

Hash­Cache, a new method for stor­ing Web con­tent that could make Inter­net access more afford­able and acces­si­ble world­wide, is cur­rently being field-tested at the Kokro­bitey Insti­tute in Ghana and Obafemi Awolowo Uni­ver­sity in Nigeria.
